      <image:title>projects - The Brooklyn Review</image:title>
<image:caption>As Editor-in-Chief, Fiction, of The Brooklyn Review during the 2024-2025 academic year, I curated and edited multiple short stories by emerging and established writers, as well as author interviews and works of visual art. I also oversaw the magazine’s budget, print production, digital production, submissions manager, and staff of 15-plus editors and readers. For my work on The Review, I received the 2025 Bonnie Perlsweig Mintz Award for Editing. The Brooklyn Review is a small literary magazine with a notable history: Edited by Brooklyn College’s Creative Writing MFA students, it was founded in 1983 by beat poets Allen Ginsberg and John Ashbery. The annual 110-page magazine is distributed in coffee shops, bookstores, bars, and libraries throughout Brooklyn.</image:caption>
